Darrin Chamney, a native Californian and CEO of Chamney Electrical Services has been working as an Electrician in San Diego since 2004.

Before starting his own business he worked as a Foreman Electrician for another company for almost a decade. Projects included SDG&E outages, UCSD Encinitas, La Mesa Emergency Pet Hospital, stores, offices, businesses, and homes all over San Diego County!

Darrin was brought in as a sub on my kitchen / bath rebuild. As we discussed the electrical needs, he rewired my entire electrical panel. I knew that this was needed and his expertise made me realize this was the time to complete that project as well.

I initially contacted them to have hard-wired smoke detectors replaced and Darrin was very honest and explained that our smoke detectors are actually working properly, and only needed the batteries replaced to stop the chirping.
